FAQ

Is ownership of the units sectional title or life rights?

Allesverloren Village is both a sectional title and single title ownership model, that means- you own your home, not just the right to live there.

Is there an age limit to becoming a resident?

Yes, with the sectional title properties, they are aged 50+ only. However with the single title properties, all ages can live there.

This is a multi-generational development.

Is there a transfer duty payable?

No, the price includes VAT, which the developer pays on your behalf. There is only a conveyancing fee payable to the transferring attorneys.

What happens to my property if I move to the Frail Care Facility?

The property can be sold to fund the Assisted Living or Frail Care facility costs. Alternatively, Noble Resorts can rent out your property on your behalf with the rental income used to offset the Frail Care costs.

Our care model is designed to look after you as far as possible in the comfort of your own home, thereby allowing you to scale your Frail Care costs, based on your actual needs as they may change.

What safety and security measures are in place?

Allesverloren Village incorporates the latest multi-layered high tech security systems, from perimeter walls, Clearvue fencing, electric fencing, smart camera systems, access control systems to well trained security personnel patrolling the estate and manning the entrance .

Is there a monthly levy? If so, what does it cover?

Yes, there is a monthly levy payable. It covers everything from security to access to basic healthcare services, to a shuttle and concierge service.

What happens if I have a home maintenance issue?

If the issue is on the exterior of your home, you would report it to the concierge and the onsite maintenance team will take care of the problem. This is covered in the monthly levy. If it’s an internal maintenance issue, and if it falls within the warranty period, the onsite maintenance team will again take care of the issue, at no cost to you.

Outside of the warranty, the onsite maintenance team can still be booked but you would be charged for this service as well as materials.

Are my grandchildren allowed to sleepover?

Grandchildren are most welcome!

For a stay of up to 2 days, for safety and security reasons, you would need to inform the estate manager of their stay. If they are staying for longer than 2 days, the estate manager needs to grant permission for their stay, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Longer stays simply mean that your grandchildren need to receive a proper guide and induction to living on the estate.

Is Allesverloren Village pet friendly?

Yes, the village is pet friendly. However there is a restriction on the size and number of pets per unit. Find out more from our sales agents.

Are my guests allowed to use the onsite facilities and amenities?

Yes, your guests will enjoy the same onsite amenities and facilities as you do.
